Pouring out my best for Him

The Alabaster Jar Ministry was created as an expression of the call to pour out our best life for God by walking with Jesus and being empowered by the Holy Spirit. Like many of you, my journey of healing and forgiveness is an ongoing process.  In Luke 7:36-50, a woman purchased precious oil to anoint Jesus’ feet.  In doing so, this act revealed a great love and devotion with a depth of gratitude not easily defined.

From what we understand, she experienced a life filled with heartache, destructive choices and abusive relationships, to name a few.  Jesus knew everything about her from her head to her toes and her innermost spirit.  The patterns in her life were also in mine.  She was no different from me.  She was forgiven as she loved much.  This story had a profound impact on my life, igniting a desire to pour out my life for Jesus Christ and share the knowledge of unconditional love and grace I received with others.
